Maintenance:
WATERING:
Summer: From April to September, watering should be done twice daily for 1/2 hour.
It is important to ensure that the soil is always moist. In the event of extreme temperatures, more frequent watering may be necessary
TRIMMING:
One trim per year at least is necessary. This should take place after the winter, at the time when frost is no longer expected. Each shoot should be trimmed back to a length of approximately 2-3 feet. You can trim the shoots back twice or even three times each year, however, after the end of July you should no longer trim The Living Wall.
FERTILIZING:
At the beginning of the season (from May to early July) you can use sheep manure or a light fertilizer to supplement the soil.

The apartment building we constructed was right by an expressway so it required a sound attenuation barrier. We were extremely pleased to discover The LivingWall.

The Goldman Group retained the services of The Living Wall Inc. to install a 400 metre long Noise Attenuation Wall at 350 Danforth Road in Toronto, buffering their subdivision from the TIC bus depot. This Noise Attention Wall is the longest such wall that has been installed in North America. The Living Wall Inc. were extremely service orieted and reacted promprhly to any client requests on the project. The product was installed in a timely manner and the willows lining the Noise Attenuation Wall matured quickly into a lush green fence.
